A know-how resulting from experience and continuous research

Materials, components, and systems that are designed and tested become the patented answers to the most challenging needs, an extra guarantee for those who choose Pellini solar shading, knowing they can rely on exclusive innovations with high technical-engineering value.

Dust-proof Coatings

The constant commitment to improving the quality of ScreenLine® products, which represents the primary goal of Pellini S.p.A.’s technological research, has also led the company to benefit from advances achieved in the aerospace industry.

Side Magnet

ScreenLine® SL20P is a Venetian blind with 12.5 mm slats, installed inside a 20 mm insulating glass unit. It features a tilt-only function, operated by an external manual knob.

Integrated Electric Contact

ScreenLine® SL27M improves on the previous electrical lifting and tilting system for blinds placed inside a 27 mm cavity insulating glass unit, ensuring faster installation and total airtightness and reliability.

3D Control

ScreenLine® SL20S is a new manual magnetic system for raising a pleated blind inside a 20 mm insulating glass unit.

Safety-Compliant Cord Control Device

The cord loop control device for System C front-operated models complies with strict safety standards: the control detaches if subjected to a force greater than 6 dN.

Sliding Controls on Glass

“S” Sliding ScreenLine models are operated via a magnetic slider gliding on the glass surface.

Magnetic Transfer in Triple Glazing

“C” ScreenLine systems with magnetic control can also be used in triple glazing thanks to a device coupling the internal operating unit (in the outer cavity) with the magnetic control device on the inner glass, ensuring airtightness.

Roller Blind in Insulating Glass

In the ScreenLine system, the roller blind inside the insulating glass unit is completely protected and enclosed within special protective fins. Motion is transmitted through an angle piece fully contained within the side channel, allowing the fabric to cover the entire glass surface and improving gas tightness of the joint.

Bottom Actuation

The “B” model allows tilting of Venetian blind slats via a control located at the bottom of the blind. Motion transmission to the top headrail occurs through bevel gears in the corners, connected by a hexagonal shaft hidden inside the side channel. This design eliminates internal profiles, maximizing light entry.

Low-Emissivity Slat

The V95 slat, used in ScreenLine Venetian blinds inside insulating glass, is made of aluminum coated with an interferential filter deposited through PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), reflecting critical solar radiation and providing low long-wave infrared emissivity.

Magnetic Attraction Electric Contacts

Magnetic attraction electric contacts transfer current between sash and frame in openable or sliding windows. Installed on the frame (usually near the hinge), they consist of two parts: the fixed contact, with a protected magnet, and the mobile contact, magnetically attracted to the fixed one.

Fixed-Louvre Grid Screen

“ScreenFix” is a grid of interlaced slats inside a 32 mm insulating glass unit. There is no headrail, bottom rail, cords, ladders, or operating mechanism—only slats.

Improved-Seal Corner Key

The corners of a spacer frame are notoriously the most critical points for gas and vapor sealing in insulating glass units. Closing the corners is entrusted to line operators and is carried out manually, making it difficult to certify. Moreover, it is time-consuming and slows down production.

Warm Edge Spacer with Guide

The warm edge spacer, designed in collaboration with Technoform, further enhances the advantages of ScreenLine® systems in terms of energy savings, ensuring perfect seal tightness of the perimeter. It is manufactured by co-extrusion of polypropylene onto stainless steel.

Roller Blind in Insulating Glass Unit

ScreenLine® SL27 Roller is a new magnetic system that allows a roller blind to be raised inside an insulating glass unit with a 27 mm cavity, while maintaining total airtightness. It is available in two models: ScreenLine® SL27C Roller, with manual cord operation, and ScreenLine® SL27C External Motor, with external motor operation.
